Hi. I'm working on a feature length film. It is about a never ending eclipse. It follows through several different stories, all revolving around this phenomena. The storyline can be said to be quite complex, and the film was set to be finished in 100 days and the premiere is already set to 19th of April. Quite excited. The director was kind enough to involve me early on, which has meant I could start with some drafts and musical ideas. This is also part of my university projects at dBs Music Bristol HE, which amazing facilities you will be exposed to if you follow this blog.
Since mid January-February, I have been visiting the film sets and have had some meetings with the crew. Some draft edits and a teaser of the scenes shot so far has been done. Based on what I have absorbed of all this, I have started to sketch out some music ideas. It would be great if I could tell you all about the conceptual ideas, and where the ideas came from in detail, but nobody likes spoilers. Well in this context at least.
Here's an intro video we did with the one and only, kindest of kindest, Joseph Ioanna (who's blog and projects you should check from ______). Everything is shot by him with his own gear, and I then affected the edit with my editing skills.
Until next time!
